About CampusFlow
CampusFlow is a planning service operated by Kings Technologies Inc. in Ghana. It helps users organize courses, academic activities, personal activities, tasks, reminders and related information.
By creating an account or using CampusFlow, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service.
Eligibility
CampusFlow does not impose a separate minimum user age. You must be legally permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you. Where applicable law requires authorization from a parent or guardian, you must obtain that authorization before using CampusFlow.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and should not share passwords, verification codes, authentication tokens or other credentials.
Contact support@campusflowplanner.online if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. CampusFlow support will never ask you to send your password or verification code by email.
Current pricing
CampusFlow is currently provided free of charge. This may change in the future.
If CampusFlow introduces paid services, subscriptions or features, you will be shown the applicable price and additional terms before being charged. Existing use of the free service does not constitute consent to future charges.
Your content and ownership
You retain full ownership of the content and data you enter into CampusFlow. Kings Technologies Inc. does not acquire ownership of your schedules, courses, activities, tasks, notes, personal information or other user-entered content merely because it is stored or processed through CampusFlow.
You grant Kings Technologies Inc. only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, process, synchronize, display, back up and otherwise handle your content for the purpose of operating CampusFlow for you. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter.
Academic information and reminders
CampusFlow is a planning aid. It does not replace official schedules, requirements, deadlines or instructions supplied by an educational institution or another relevant authority. You remain responsible for checking official information and meeting your obligations.
Reminders are also planning aids and delivery is not guaranteed. Browser permissions, device settings, network conditions, operating systems and third-party services may affect whether or when a reminder is delivered.
Availability and synchronization
CampusFlow aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Access, synchronization, notifications and other functionality may occasionally be delayed or interrupted by networks, browsers, devices, operating systems, maintenance or third-party infrastructure.
Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose and use CampusFlow's data-export feature when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse CampusFlow. You must not:
- Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorization.
- Upload or distribute malicious or harmful material.
- Interfere with CampusFlow's operation, security or availability.
- Use CampusFlow for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
- Attempt to bypass security protections or probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Use automated activity that places an unreasonable burden on the service.
Kings Technologies Inc. may take reasonable action necessary to protect CampusFlow, its users and its infrastructure from unlawful use, attacks, abuse or interference.
Account deletion
Account deletion is initiated through the account-deletion functionality inside CampusFlow. Confirmed deletion removes the authentication account and its associated active CampusFlow records. Limited information may remain for a period in service-provider backups, security or operational logs, email systems, or where retention is required by law.
CampusFlow ownership
CampusFlow's software, visual design, branding, documentation and other service materials belong to Kings Technologies Inc. or their applicable licensors. This ownership does not include content and data entered by users.
These Terms permit you to access CampusFlow for its intended personal planning purposes. They do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Responsibility and limitations
CampusFlow is provided subject to rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, Kings Technologies Inc. is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate user-entered information, missed reminders, reliance on CampusFlow instead of official institutional information, unsupported environments or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to CampusFlow and these Terms
CampusFlow may change as the product develops. When a material change is made to these Terms, CampusFlow will communicate it appropriately before it takes effect where required. The updated Terms will display its effective date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute will be handled according to applicable Ghanaian law and through the courts or dispute-resolution processes with lawful jurisdiction.
