Trust at CampusFlow

Privacy, made understandable.

This notice explains what CampusFlow handles when you create an account and plan your academic and personal life.

Last updated 10 October 2026

A clear view of your data

CampusFlow is operated by Kings Technologies Inc. We use the information you provide to operate your account, synchronize your planner and deliver the reminders you choose.

The short versionWe do not sell your personal information. You retain ownership of the content you enter, and CampusFlow processes it only as needed to provide the service.

Information we handle

Account and study profile

When you create an account, we handle your email address and authentication information. You may also add a display name, institution, programme, study year and semester.

Your planner content

CampusFlow stores the courses, activities, recurring schedules, tasks, subtasks, locations, notes, deadlines and reminder choices you add. This content may describe both academic and personal plans.

Device information and local data

Your browser stores account-scoped copies of your planner for faster loading and offline work. Appearance choices—including colour palette, font, size and an optional background image—are stored on that device. If browser notifications are enabled, a push subscription associated with that device may be stored so reminders can be delivered.

How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Create and authenticate your CampusFlow account.
  • Display, save and synchronize your planner across signed-in devices.
  • Apply course relationships, recurrence rules and reminder preferences.
  • Deliver in-app reminders and, when enabled, browser notifications.
  • Protect accounts, investigate errors and maintain service reliability.
  • Respond to support, privacy and account-data requests.

CampusFlow does not use planner content for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Your content remains yours

You retain full ownership of the schedules, courses, activities, tasks, notes, personal information and other content you enter into CampusFlow.

Kings Technologies Inc. receives only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, process, synchronize, display, back up and otherwise handle that information for the purpose of operating CampusFlow for you.

Where information is stored

CampusFlow uses Supabase for account authentication and cloud data storage. Supabase processes this information as a service provider supporting CampusFlow. Account-scoped planner copies and device appearance settings may also remain in your browser storage.

Data may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used for those transfers.

Your choices and controls

  • Edit your profile, courses, activities, tasks and reminder preferences from CampusFlow.
  • Delete activities, tasks and courses using the controls provided in the planner.
  • Disable browser notifications in CampusFlow or your browser settings.
  • Remove a custom background or change device-specific appearance settings at any time.
  • Export a copy of your planner from account settings.

For privacy questions or data requests, contact legal@campusflowplanner.online.

Account deletion and data

Account deletion is initiated through the account-deletion functionality inside CampusFlow. Confirmed deletion removes the authentication account and its associated active CampusFlow records. It does not remove copies you previously exported or data remaining on an offline device that has not reconnected.

Limited information may remain for a period in service-provider backups, security or operational logs, email systems, or where retention is required by law. Exact provider retention periods and production backup arrangements will be confirmed before deployment rather than promised here.

Export before deletingCampusFlow cannot restore your active account or planner after confirmed deletion. Use the data-export feature first if you want to retain a copy.

Security

CampusFlow uses account authentication, ownership rules and encrypted connections to help protect information. No online service can promise absolute security, so use a strong, unique password and protect access to your devices.

CampusFlow support will never ask you to send a password, verification code, authentication token, API key or another credential by email.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to be informed about processing and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information. Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) provides rights relating to access and the purposes and recipients of processing.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

CampusFlow uses essential authentication storage, account-scoped offline planner copies and browser-specific appearance preferences. It currently uses no advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking or optional analytics storage.

Read the Cookie and Local Storage Policy for the current storage inventory, purposes, retention information and browser controls.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as CampusFlow changes. The date at the top will show the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-product or account notice where required.
