Plans, courses and tasks
Add academic or personal activities from the planner. Courses organize academic plans, and dated tasks also appear on the calendar. Recurring activities can be changed for one occurrence, future occurrences or the complete series.
Deleting a course can also remove its related activities and tasks, or you can replace it with another course first. Review the affected-item count before confirming.
Synchronization and offline use
CampusFlow keeps an account-scoped copy of your planner in the browser for fast loading and supported offline work. When you reconnect, pending changes synchronize with your cloud workspace.
If a save cannot reach the cloud, keep the tab open until CampusFlow reports that all changes have synced. No online service can guarantee recovery from every interruption, so export information you cannot afford to lose.
Reminders and notifications
In-app reminders appear in the planner's notification centre. Browser notifications require permission on each device and also depend on browser, device, operating-system, network and notification-service availability.
Reminders are planning aids and delivery is not guaranteed. Continue checking official academic schedules, deadlines and requirements.
Supported platforms
CampusFlow currently supports Chromium-based browsers and Mozilla Firefox on desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
CampusFlow is currently a responsive web application. Device support does not mean that a native Android, iOS or iPadOS application is already available.
Account deletion and data export
Delete your account through the account-deletion functionality inside CampusFlow. Support email is not the normal account-deletion method.
Quick answers.
How quickly will support reply?
CampusFlow aims to respond as soon as humanly possible and within 24 hours. This is a support target rather than an absolute guarantee and may be affected by request volume or technical incidents.
Why can't I enter the planner without signing in?
CampusFlow connects every planner to an authenticated account so plans and settings remain isolated from other users.
Why does a reminder not appear outside CampusFlow?
Background browser delivery requires browser permission, an active device subscription, network access and available notification delivery. Reminders should not replace official deadlines.
How do I keep a copy of my plans?
Open Planner → Settings → Account and choose Export plans before deleting your account or whenever you need an independent copy.
Which languages does support use?
CampusFlow support is currently available in English. Additional languages may be supported in the future.

We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Email support is currently available in English. The 24-hour response time is a service target and may occasionally be affected by request volume, technical incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
